The package showed up in good condition, and nothing inside was bent or broken, which is always a relief. The box itself felt sturdy too. There was a small scuff on one corner, but not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

I tried to exchange a shirt for a different size, it turned into such a headache. As someone who shops online often, I’m used to returns and exchanges being fairly straightforward, but this whole process felt unnecessarily confusing. The emails took days to come back, the instructions weren’t clear, and I still had to pay to ship it back myself. By the time anyone finally got back to me, the size I needed was already sold out. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I was disappointed with the selection. There was barely anything to choose from, and none of the things I was hoping to buy were available. It feels like whoever handles the ordering isn’t paying much attention to what customers actually want.

I got a tracking link , but it barely updated the whole time . The package ended up arriving late , and I was just left guessing where it was . Frustrating , honestly

I was happy with how fast support got back to me. I do wish the first reply had a bit more detail so I didn’t have to follow up, but overall they responded quickly and were helpful

I’ve ordered from bobmarley.com a few times now. The stock has been solid. Most of the shirts and vinyl I wanted were available. That was nice, since a lot of fan shops are always sold out.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few sizes were missing. They were for items I really liked. Not a huge deal. I just wish they restocked a little faster.

I got the Bob Marley tee the print looks really good in person. It doesn’t have that cheap or blurry look, and the fabric is soft too. There’s just something about it that feels nicer than I expected. The only downside is it fit a bit tighter than I thought it would, so I’d maybe size up. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

Checkout went fine and I didn’t run into any real problems. I’m not the most patient person when websites make things complicated, so I was glad it didn’t drag on or give me a reason to get annoyed

I liked the overall look of the site — the colors and style really fit the Bob Marley vibe, and some of the photos were great. I picked up a Bob Marley shirt a few months ago, and as someone who’s always loved his music and wears band tees a lot, I was excited to add this one to the rotation.

I’ve worn it regularly and washed it plenty of times by now. the print has held up way better than I expected — no serious cracking or fading, and I’m not doing anything fancy, just regular wash and dry.

Really happy with it overall. It still looks good, feels comfortable, and seems like the kind of shirt I’ll be wearing for a long time.

Shipping itself was fine, I guess, so at first I was like, okay maybe this can get sorted out quickly. Then support took forever to reply and yeah, my patience pretty much disappeared. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely annoying.

I guess the pricing is okay overall, but it feels a little mixed. Some items seem fair, while others feel more expensive than they should be. I still ended up buying what I needed, but I wasn’t totally happy about a few of the prices.

I wanted to like this shirt because it actually looks cool, but the fit is just weird as hell. It was tight in the shoulders like it was trying to pick a fight with me, then super loose everywhere else. After wearing it for a bit, the fabric started feeling scratchy too, which was annoying. kind of a dud and I wouldn’t wear it again.
